+ **Job Summary** Reporting to the Executive Director, Global Product Marketing, the Sr. Manager, Global Product Marketing will support the development of the full global product strategy and be responsible for leading the global and regional MOB planning cycles. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, category analysis, competitive analysis, line edit, price strategy, NPL sizing, NPL performance tracking, assortment strategy development, and 3yr category and subcategory business planning. This position will be based out of the Too Faced Corporate Headquarters located in Irvine, California. **Key Responsibilities** **Support and define the brand category strategy that drives business and reinforces brand equity**
+ Develop category and product strategy that drives business forward and reinforces brand equity
+ Partner with Product Development, Global Marketing, Global Beauty and Consumer Insights to inform innovation strategy and product launch cadence
+ Monitor franchise performance in the global marketplace and recommend ongoing optimizations
+ Support ED on creating the long-term new innovation plan and strategy to ensure plans are sold in, sufficient, within cost of goods targets and meet LRP
+ Enhance insights and creativity through analytics; Work with ED to generate insights and recommendations by subcategory, form and portfolio, drive COG analysis, provide strategic pricing input, ensure SKU management across assigned key categories and subcategories and leverage target consumer understanding to tailor strategy to each consumer segment. **Support North America Product Marketing Needs**
+ Monthly NPL and Demand Review Support highlighting key performance drivers impacting future opportunities in the business
+ Circana Competitive Reporting monthly for global share out and NA claims validation
+ Consumer centric mindset carried through assortment planning and omni point of purchase lens. Review all assortment layouts and support visual merchandising copy hierarchy alignment
+ Point for all NA Regional Requests and Initiatives including budget planning, corporate requests, reporting and sizing needs, and retailer facing presentations **Lead strategic initiatives to fuel business**
+ Partner with consumer insights teams to lead share outs and inform team on all consumer centric trends, updates, and research share outs
+ Direct and support overall business initiatives and strategic planning including pricing analysis, VM strategy, etc.
+ Support annual Global product Innovation Strategy and Brand Strategy presentations
+ Remain relentlessly up to date on emerging and future trends across all relevant industries to identify and grow business opportunities.
Qualifications
+ 6+ years of related Marketing experience. Full-time experience within the beauty, CPG or retail industries strongly preferred; a demonstrable interest and passion about the beauty industry is a must
+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ Excellent communication skills with exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to build, foster, and nurture strong relationships and gain the respect of members of the cross-functional teams
+ Self-motivated with an eagerness to learn, committed, passionate, and goal-oriented
+ Team player with a positive, professional, and enthusiastic “can-do” attitude
+ Strong project management skills and follow-through on small details with ability to multi-task, prioritize and drive timelines
+ Energetic and proactive with ability to quickly react and action on frequent change in direction
+ Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
+ Strong analytical skills with a balance between analytical and creative thinking
+ Experience in industry competitive databases, including Circana/NPD Decision Key, Beaute, Euromonitor, and Tableau a plus
