Job Description Summary
This role is responsible for supporting a global product business, within the Global Imaging business, with a comprehensive range of marketing communications capabilities to support the effective launch and promotion of its products, throughout the life cycle.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for developing the content and engagement strategy for the assigned business segment
+ Collaborate with product, clinical, digital, corporate and regional marketing teams to understand key audiences and to create high-value content delivered in the right context at the right time
+ Partner with key markets and agencies to develop and drive engagement plans for markets to activate and optimize
+ Work with counterparts on the Global Imaging Integrated Marketing team to develop and create the assets to be used in support of the activations, delivering a toolkit of strategic guidance, engagement recommendation and assets available for activation for global and regional needs.
+ Understand and adhere to the Global Imaging Integrated Marketing Planning process to ensure meaningful, compelling, and lasting impact of our customer marketing efforts
+ In collaboration with the Global Imaging Customer Events leader, plan and deliver events and exhibits
+ Engage with the Global Imaging Sales Communications Leader to drive strong sales engagement and utilization of customer-facing materials.
+ Closely collaborate with the Digital Strategy and Omnichannel leaders to fully utilize digital marketing techniques and our digital capabilities.
+ Work closely with other product marketing communications managers to adhere to and support a globally harmonized Imaging story.
+ Collaborate with our research team to optimize messaging and creative, as well as to stay up to date on the latest customer and marketing insights.
+ Measure, monitor, and report program success against established KPIs and ROI. Pivot as needed.
+ Act as a strong brand advocate to ensure adherence to the guidelines and spirit of the GE HealthCare brand strategy.
+ Align closely with finance, regulatory, and legal to ensure compliance.
+ Work with portfolio marketing leaders to establish objectives, KPIs, and budget needs
+ Ensure integration of Public Relations and Internal GEHC Communications into planning as appropriate by working with peers in those functions.
Qualifications/Requirements
+ Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Journalism, Marketing, Communications or Business Administration
+ 6+ years of experience in advertising or marketing communications at an agency/corporation
+ Excellent oral and written communications skills
+ Demonstrated ability to develop innovative and creative solutions to complex challenges
+ Proven track record of delivery to budgets and timelines.

Desired Characteristics
+ 10+ years of experience in marketing communications, advertising, or a related communications field
+ Demonstrated integrated marketing communications/campaign experience, including content and digital marketing
+ Strong analytical and process skills. Incredible focus on measurement and reporting for all programming.
+ Proven ability to navigate and influence at multiple levels within the organization
+ Healthcare (preferably medical device) product experience and industry acumen
+ Knowledge of Imaging/Radiology product category offerings and commercial processes
+ Inclusive leadership style. Excellent team player.
+ Comfortable with change and leading through influence. Demonstrates flexibility and agility, where needed.
+ People leadership skills including expertise in change management.
+ Proven ability to motivate and work effectively with diverse, cross-functional global teams and outside vendors
