Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY

This position is open to remote/hybrid work located near one of our Marshfield Clinic Health System Locations. Candidates outside of our service area will be considered but would need to relocate to Wisconsin.

The Voice Engineer II is responsible for meeting project goals as well as maintaining the day-to-day operation of telecommunications, contact center and collaboration systems for Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS). This individuals primary duties include project installations, maintenance and administration of telecommunications, contact center and collaboration hardware, software and other related components.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

_For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation._

**Minimum Required:** Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field **and** two years of relevant work experience **or** Associate Degree in an Information Technology field **and** four years of relevant work experience **or** six years of relevant work experience.

**Preferred/Optional:** None

EXPERIENCE

**Minimum Required:** Leadership ability. Competency in networking in an enterprise environment for one or more of the following:

+ Cisco Communications Manager

+ Cisco Contact Center Enterprise

+ Cisco or Polycom Video Conferencing

**Preferred/Optional:** Experience with telecommunications cabling and circuits.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

_The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position._

**Minimum Required:** Vendor certifications may be required.

**Preferred/Optional:** State of Wisconsin valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record. Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certification.
