    Position:

    We are seeking a talented Driver t o provide transportation for our team members who live in employee housing in Seeley Lake Montana to and from Paws Up property in Greenough, Montana.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor when greeting and interacting with team members.

    • Ensure timely pick and delivery of team members according to an approved schedule.

    • Ensure that only approved passengers are in the vehicles and that all policies are being adhered to.

    • Communicate as needed with the People & Culture team on any relevant updates that impact the transportation schedule.

    • Ensure that pre- and post-trip vehicle inspection reports are completed throughout shift. Check condition of the vehicle’s tires, brakes, windshield wipers, lights, oil, fuel, water and safety equipment to ensure everything is in working order

    • Maintain a high level of attention to detail at all times.

    • Communicate and maintain timelines and priorities.

    • Keep vehicles’ interiors/exteriors clean

    • Communicate with the People & Culture team as needed

    Looking for team members with:

    • High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related coursework

    • Ability to operate gasoline or diesel-powered multi-passenger vehicles

    • Valid driver’s license with ability to meet company auto insurance policy requirements
