    + JOB REQUIREMENTS

    + Education

    + BS degree in business, or healthcare related field preferred. CPR/AED certification required.

    + Experience

    + Two years sales experience in retail or health club required. Must demonstrate good communication skills necessary to represent the Health & Wellness and St. Bernards Medical Center in a highly professional manner to a wide variety of people. Current Arkansas driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and consistent, reliable usage of a motor vehicle.

    + Physical

    + Operates computer, typewriter, copier, laminator, calculator, paper cutter and fax machine. May require lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling up to 25 lbs. Flow of work and character of duties involves normal mental and visual attention much or all of the time. Frequent walking, squatting, sitting and standing for long periods of time.

    + JOB SUMMARY

    + + The Sales Coordinator must possess an outgoing personality and a strong desire to build relationships to support membership sales. The position requires a sincere interest in health and fitness. Responsible for membership sales to individuals, families, and corporations. This person will be responsible for participating in the Manager on Duty (MOD) program and fulfilling those responsibilities during scheduled shifts. May be required to travel within the community and Northeast Arkansas region to promote facility and provide sales calls. Oversee all Sales Associates.
