    Responsibilities Include:

    + Answer all incoming calls, texts, chats and email requests regarding sales of new and pre-owned vehicles

    + Attentive to customers' wants and needs and work with them accordingly to set appointments for proper vehicle demonstration

    + Utilize customer management software to better serve our customers

    + Develop and maintain positive working relationships with teammates and dealership management.
