Position Summary...
We are seeking a Manager, Program Governance whose focus will be ensuring data privacy and compliance through developing and overseeing governance guidelines. The ideal candidate will drive program maturity by implementing protections, conducting gap analyses, and maintaining thorough documentation. This role requires strong experience in consent frameworks, data privacy, and project management, while collaborating with legal and technology teams to build effective privacy measures.
What you'll do...
+ Develop and maintain privacy and compliance frameworks to support organizational goals.
+ Support ongoing assessments and improvements to privacy-related processes and controls.
+ Identify opportunities to enhance privacy practices and ensure effective risk management.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement privacy initiatives and communicate requirements.
+ Maintain accurate documentation and support continuous program development.
What you’ll bring:
+ Experience in privacy, compliance, or regulatory governance.
+ Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
+ Understanding of privacy program frameworks, consent management, and best practices in compliance testing and documentation.
+ Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
+ Experience conducting gap analyses and developing governance documentation.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in compliance, ethics, legal, project management, or related area.
2 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
