Leidos is currently looking to add a Software Engineer (SWE-3) to a growing task. Tasks will include new design and prototyping within a fast-paced Agile team structure.

Full Stack Software Engineer (SWE-3) — Make an Impact That Matters

Leidos is seeking a driven and experienced Full Stack Software Engineer to support a high-stakes, mission-critical program. In this role, you'll help architect, develop, and integrate software solutions that shape national security and drive meaningful innovation. Primary Responsibilities

+ Design, develop, and enhance secure software applications and systems

+ Integrate new software into evolving operational environments

+ Analyze user needs to craft efficient and scalable solutions

+ Debug and optimize existing software for performance and reliability

+ Implement complex algorithms that meet rigorous technical standards

+ Create and maintain system documentation and technical reports

+ Collaborate in Agile Scrum teams to deliver rapid, high-quality releases

Basic Qualifications

+ 20+ years of software engineering experience on comparable programs

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline

+ TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

+ Proficient in Java for backend development

+ Strong knowledge of Git, Linux, Jira, Eclipse, and Confluence

+ Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)

+ Proven ability to lead technical efforts and ensure code quality

Pay Range:

Pay Range $148,850.00 - $269,075.00
