Job Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and strategic **Early Career Program Manager** to help lead and evolve our early talent programs— **Edge (Technology & Global Services)** and **Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP)** . In this high-impact role, you’ll help attract, develop, and retain top early-career professionals, ensuring BD remains a destination for emerging leaders.

Responsibilities

+ **Drive Program Success:** Lead operations, communications, and committee initiatives that support associate development and engagement.

+ **Recruit Top Talent:** Partner with recruiting teams and universities to execute innovative campus strategies and build strong talent pipelines.

+ **Foster Growth & Retention:** Manage rotations, onboarding, and alumni engagement to ensure long-term success and connection.

+ **Champion Development:** Design training and career development initiatives aligned with business needs and associate aspirations.

+ **Lead with Insight:** Use data and feedback to continuously improve programs and stay ahead of early talent trends.

Education

+ Bachelor’s degree required with a focus in HR, Business, Organizational Development, or related field preferred

Experience/Skills

+ 2–3 years of experience preferred with a focus in early career programs, talent development or program management

+ Strong project management and communication skills required

+ A collaborative mindset and passion for developing future leaders required

+ Experience using data to drive decisions and improve outcomes required

+ Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion required
