Job Description

A fortune 100 client is looking to hire an experienced Cosmo DB Architect. The current client already has Cosmos running in their environment, but will focus on the following but not limited to:

1. Solution Architecture & Design and Application Development support :

2. Performance Tuning & Optimization

3. Data Integration & Pipelines

. Security, Governance and Best Practices

Skills and Requirements

8+ years of experience in data architecture, including 3+ years with Azure Cosmos DB using Core (SQL) API.

Strong understanding of NoSQL patterns, denormalization, and eventual consistency.

Experience designing for global distribution, high availability, and low latency.

Proficiency in SQL-based querying within Cosmos DB, including subqueries and JOINs.

Hands-on experience with Azure portal, ARM templates, or Bicep for Cosmos DB provisioning.

At least one prior project acting as an Architect to focus on Solution Architecture and Design of data structure, defining partition, query optimization and ensure data are stored and retrieved in optimized way
