• Quality Assurance Technician 3rd Shift

    Our client, Industry Leading Artisan Bakery specializing in Pretzel Bread is seeking a 3rd shift, 10 PM to 6:30 AM. Quality Assurance Technician to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be part of the Production Team supporting Production and Quality. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail & problem solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    Job Title: 3rd Shift Quality Assurance Technician Food Production Setting 10 PM - 6:30 AM. Mon-Friday OT and Sat as needed!

     

    Pay Range: $21 hour Temp to Hire

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Ensure food safety & product quality standards are met.

    + Ensure GMPs, SOPs, and safe work practices are being met.

    + Continuously monitor and perform food safety practices, visual quality standards, HACCP verifications, conformance to specifications, regulatory compliance, and compliance with company policies.

    + Monitor and document conformance to batch sheets, specifications, visual quality standards, and regulatory standards throughout the facility.

    + Follow and understand proper Good Hygiene, Safe Work Practices, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), to aide in providing a safe quality product

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + High School Diploma

    + Able to read, write, and communicate in English

    + Minimum 1-year Quality Assurance/ Control experience in a food manufacturing facility.

    + Familiar with quality/food safety programs including HACCP, SQF, SSOP, HAZCOM, GMP, etc

    + Full Time Opportunity 1st shift 6:00am-2:30pm
