    We are seeking an Onsite Coordinator/ Recruiter to join our growing team at Manpower. Our mission is to delivery exceptional talent solutions to support our clients success through a strategic approach. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with others, assisting with Human Resource tasks, has attention to detail, Recruiting background and is looking for a role that is different every day. **This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with 40 hours per week!**

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Build, maintain and nurture strong relationships with clients by providing top talent.

    + Source, Recruit and place qualified talent to meet client workforce needs.

    + Achieve performance targets by being goal-oriented, taking initiative and remaining agile in this fast-paced industry

    + Monitor attendance and performance, coaching associates to resolve problems and recognize good performance

    + Engage current talent during training to upgrade their skills for their assignments

    Qualifications

    + Experience in a client facing role or customer service role

    + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

    + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    + High level of empathy and patience when dealing with clients and associates

    + High School diploma or GED

    + Mon-Fri schedule, 9am - 6pm

    + Hubrid Schedule: 3 days in Iselne, NJ/ 2 days in Union, NJ
