Maintenance Technician – Direct Hire in Latham, NY

Monday-Friday 6am-4:30pm

Pay Range is $30-$34/hr based on experience level

Manpower has proudly partnered with an amazing company local to Latham, NY in hiring a maintenance technician to service their production equipment. Our client has been in operation since 1801 and was one of the first fully functioning manufacturers in the U.S.A! In this role, you will diagnose issues and troubleshoot mechanical problems, assemble and install mechanical components and equipment, and perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

+ Assemble, install, and maintain industrial machinery and equipment.

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems

+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals

+ Test, inspect, and adjust equipment to ensure proper operation

+ Perform preventive and predictive maintenance

+ Order parts and supplies as needed

+ Maintain accurate repair and maintenance logs

+ Perform some building maintenance task
