    What You’ll Do:

    + Set up, operate, and monitor rewinder machinery for optimal performance

    + Load materials, adjust settings, and calibrate equipment for production runs

    + Inspect materials and monitor output to ensure quality and accuracy

    + Track inventory and manage work-in-progress materials

    + Troubleshoot minor issues and perform routine maintenance

    + Train and support Rewind Assistants and new crew members

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

    + Complete production and quality documentation

    + Collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and quality teams

    + Fill in on additional duties as needed

    What You Bring:

    + High School Diploma or GED required

    + A minimum of 2-4 years' experience operating a rewinder

    + Solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

    + Strong organizational and time management skills

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

    + Commitment to safety and quality standards

    Compensation for this role is $24-30 based on experience.
