Strategic Research & Reporting Leadership:
+ Conduct independent research and data analysis using ERP systems and external sources
+ Develop and optimize data models to support student success and institutional reporting
+ Deliver insights that inform strategic planning and operational improvements
Impactful Work in Higher Education:
+ Generate federal and state regulatory reports, including Career and Technical Education (CTE) and Perkins
+ Provide recommendations based on data trends and predictive analytics
+ Support survey development and market research initiatives
Collaborative & Technology-Driven Environment:
+ Work closely with stakeholders across departments to coordinate research efforts
+ Provide training and technical support for reporting tools and solutions
+ Ensure data governance compliance and promote data-informed decision-making
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting
+ Extract, validate, and analyze data from ERP and external sources
+ Present findings in clear, visual, and written formats
+ Create recurring and ad hoc reports for internal and external audiences
Predictive Analytics & Research
+ Conduct data mining and statistical analysis to identify trends
+ Support survey development and market research using various platforms
+ Recommend strategic improvements based on findings
Collaboration & Support
+ Coordinate with departments to align reporting with institutional goals
+ Provide training and support for BI tools and reporting systems
+ Ensure compliance with data governance policies and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
+ Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
+ 2–3 years of experience using BI tools such as SAP Web Intelligence, Tableau, Power BI, Power Pivot, or advanced Excel and SQL
+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret complex data
+ Experience querying data warehouses using SQL (preferred)
+ Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research methods
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills, including data presentation
+ Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams
Additional Instructions For Applicants:
Most positions at CWI are in-person and based on campus. While some roles may allow up to two remote workdays per week, eligibility for remote work is determined on a case-by-case basis at the hiring manager's discretion. All candidates must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, a reasonable commuting distance from CWI. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
