    Basic Job Functions:

    This individual will develop, test, implement and maintain user interfaces as well as back-end services. This position requires experience in project management with system integration as well as experience in object-oriented software design. Candidate must be willing to work scheduled/unscheduled overtime, weekends/holidays. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Nucor will not sponsor the need for a visa).

    Minimum Qualifications:

    + BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Industrial programming experience.

    + Experience specifying systems (defining scope, etc.) or starting up new systems.

    + Project management experience with system integration.

    + Experience with PLC configuration, programming, and communications.

    + Experience with GIT or other code management software
