    Description

Robert Half is seeking a talented Staff Accountant to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) team.     Position Highlights

    + Collaborate on key financial processes, including general ledger maintenance, month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.

    + Support ongoing audits and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

    + Assist in analyzing and preparing budgets, forecasts, and expense reports to drive business decisions.

    + Partner with clients’ internal teams to streamline accounting processes and identify areas for optimization.

    + Contribute to overall financial operations, working directly with Controllers, Accounting Managers, and other senior-level stakeholders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

    + 2+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.

    + Proficiency with popular accounting software such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or SAP.

    + A working knowledge of GAAP and/or other relevant accounting principles.

    + Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

     

    The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $65,000 annually. Benefits available to professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
