    Description

    We are seeking a strategic and experienced IT leader to drive the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA ERP solutions for our Building Products operations. This role will focus on Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Production Scheduling, working closely with order management, operations, and supply chain teams to create seamless, efficient, and scalable end-to-end business processes. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP IBP and ePP/DS, a solid understanding of supply chain and production planning processes, and experience leading IT professionals through major system transformations. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential to success in this role.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and manage a cross-functional team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

    + Act as the primary liaison between Planning, Production Scheduling, and IBP leadership and IT capabilities.

    + Partner with business and technology stakeholders to define, implement, and support SAP-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business performance.

    + Oversee system configurations, integrations, and middleware connections to ensure smooth order-to-cash workflows.

    + Drive strategic decisions on technology investments, system enhancements, and business process optimizations.

    + Communicate changes, updates, and business requirements to relevant teams, ensuring alignment and smooth execution.

    + Conduct research and cost-benefit analyses for technology solutions, identifying the best approach for implementation.

    + Provide expert guidance on deployment strategies, cutover planning, and impact assessments for system changes.

    + Demonstrate a high level of ownership, initiative, and urgency in delivering solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Requirements

    Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP), Cloud Technologies, CRM, Epicor, Epicor Erp, AB Testing, Business Intelligence (BI), Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, Change ManagementRequired Qualifications:

    + Proven experience leading SAP functional teams in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations.

    + Strong proficiency in SAP IBP, SAP ePP/DS, and S/4HANA for Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, and Production Scheduling.

    + Expertise in SAP implementation methodologies, including configuration, integration, security, change management, training, and communications.

    + Track record of developing IT strategies and building trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience with custom heuristics and Advanced ATP.

    + Familiarity with Agile/SDLC development methodologies.

    + Industry experience in Building Products or Manufacturing.
