Description We are looking for a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team on a contract basis in Bloomington, Minnesota. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to digital marketing initiatives within the wholesale distribution industry. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating and executing digital advertising campaigns while ensuring compliance with city regulations and maintaining accurate databases.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate, prepare, proof, and approve content for digital on-premise advertisements.

• Use digital message center software platforms to program monthly promotional and ongoing digital messages for retail locations.

• Monitor and troubleshoot programming and maintenance issues for digital message centers.

• Facilitate the rollout and installation of digital message centers, ensuring smooth implementation.

• Maintain and update databases tracking digital on-premise programs and relevant city regulations for signage and permits.

• Assist in the preparation and programming of promotional content for interior LCD displays, including resolving technical issues.

• Work with vendors to coordinate advertisements and couponing opportunities through various mediums.

• Collaborate with category managers and coordinators to ensure marketing messages align with organizational goals.

• Create PowerPoint presentations for meetings and other business needs.

• Track, report, and monitor performance metrics for all digital advertising mediums. Requirements • Proven experience in digital marketing, advertising coordination, or a related field.

• Proficiency in software platforms used for digital message programming and tracking.

• Strong organizational and database management skills.

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to digital advertising mediums.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with vendors, category managers, and team members.

• Expertise in creating well-structured and visually appealing PowerPoint presentations.

• Familiarity with city regulations pertaining to digital signage and permits.
