Description We are looking for a skilled ICS Systems Administrator to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. This long-term contract position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring onsite attendance two days a week. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background and proficiency in Active Directory, Windows Server, and Citrix technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Active Directory environments, ensuring optimal performance and security.

• Administer Windows Server systems, including installation, configuration, and updates.

• Provide support and troubleshooting for Windows 10, addressing user issues and system errors.

• Collaborate with teams to implement and maintain Citrix technologies for seamless operations.

• Ensure the efficient operation of Dell hardware systems, including configuration and troubleshooting.

• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.

• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures.

• Assist in planning and executing system upgrades and migrations.

• Implement security protocols and best practices to safeguard systems and data.

• Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. Requirements • Proven experience with Active Directory administration.

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server systems.

• Proficiency in Windows 10 troubleshooting and support.

• Hands-on experience with Citrix technologies.

• Familiarity with Dell hardware and technologies.

• Ability to monitor and optimize system performance.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
