    HubSpot Specialist

     

    Duration: 2-month contract | 30–40 hours/week

     

    We’re looking for a HubSpot Specialist to join our team on a short-term contract basis, supporting a client’s marketing, sales, and service operations. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in the HubSpot ecosystem. If you're passionate about automation, data-driven marketing, and optimizing customer journeys, we’d love to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Manage and optimize HubSpot portals across CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub

    + Build and maintain automated workflows, email campaigns, and lead nurturing sequences

    + Integrate HubSpot with platforms like Salesforce and Zapier to ensure seamless data flow

    + Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI

    + Create dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs and campaign effectiveness

    + Train internal teams on HubSpot best practices and provide ongoing technical support

    + Stay current with HubSpot updates and industry trends to maximize platform capabilities

    Requirements

    Top 3 Must-Haves:

    + Proven experience managing HubSpot tools and workflows

    + HubSpot certifications (Inbound Marketing, Email Marketing, etc.)

    + Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy

    Preferred Experience:

    + Background in B2B or B2C marketing operations

    + Familiarity with integrating HubSpot with third-party platforms

    + Experience in optimizing customer lifecycle and funnel performance

    Skills & Tools:

    + Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub

    + Strong project management and organizational skills

    + Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles

    + Experience with reporting and analytics tools

    + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
