Position Summary
Manages financial transactions, reconciles accounts, prepares financial reports, and ensures compliance with financial policies and regulations. Maintains accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports.
Key Responsibilities
+ Prepares journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
+ Reviews general ledger accounts, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions, and investigates and resolves any discrepancies or issues.
+ Analyzes complex financial data, including revenue, expenses, and costs, identifies trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provides insights to support decision-making and improve financial performance.
+ Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FP&A, operations, and tax, to ensure alignment and accuracy in financial data.
+ Support integration activities for acquisitions or system changes, including data migration and process alignment.
+ Assists with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, addressing audit inquiries, and supporting the resolution of any audit findings.
+ Develops and improves team processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness and identifies bottlenecks or areas for improvement and implements changes to optimize team performance.
+ Participates in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations, as needed.
+ Maintains up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related field
-3-5 years of relevant work experience
-Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
Preferred Qualifications
-CPA preferred
-Blackline experience preferred
-WorkDay Finance and/or SAP S4 experience preferred
-Maxio experience preferred

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
