    Now Hiring: Warehouse Team Lead | $20.16/hr | Mon–Fri, 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    As a **Warehouse Team Lead** , you’ll be the go-to person for daily operations. Your day-to-day will include:

     

    + Assigning tasks and monitoring team performance

    + Coaching associates on equipment use, safety, and housekeeping standards

    + Managing inventory and ensuring tools and supplies are stocked

    + Overseeing equipment usage and enforcing safety protocols

    + Troubleshooting issues and boosting team productivity

    + Taking action to correct performance gaps

    • What You Bring to the Table:

    Must-Haves:

    + 4+ years of warehouse experience

    + Previous experience in a supervisory role

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    Nice-to-Haves:

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends)

    + Strong communication and leadership skills

    + Solid math and analytical abilities

    Physical Requirements:

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

    + Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
