We are seeking a **CMMS Maintenance Planner** to support Ross Distribution Center in Shafter, CA. The CMMS Maintenance Planner is responsible for coordinating maintenance activities at Ross Distribution Center, ensuring proper management of spare parts inventory, and maintaining accurate records in the Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This long-term role involves scheduling labor optimally, providing customer service, and supporting compliance guidelines within the maintenance team.

Qualifications and Skill Requirements

+ 2 years of experience in Maintenance planning and scheduling

+ Proficiency in CMMS

+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

+ Ability to manage spare parts inventory

+ Project management skills

+ Create and maintain accurate Purchase Orders (PO)

+ Effective vendor management

+ Source and collaborate with vendors

+ Validate, process, and resolve issues with vendor invoices

+ Track warranty parts through work orders

+ Experience with Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA)

+ Cycle counting

+ Create, analyze, and publish reports to internal stakeholders

+ Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

+ Manage MRO for spare parts inventory, including ordering, receiving, issuing and inventory management responsibilities.

+ Other duties as assigned

Physical requirements:

+ Job requires ability to work in a warehouse environment, on a concrete floor all day.

+ Requires continuous, standing, walking, hearing, pushing, and pulling.

+ Consistent timeliness and regular attendance.

+ Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.

+ Frequently reaching, bending, stooping, talking, hearing (audio equipment), handling objects with

+ hands and possible lifting up to 50 lbs.

Available schedules

+ We have immediate opportunities available on 2nd and 3rd shift!

+ 3:30pm-12:00am- Monday - Friday (Saturday OT as needed).

+ 10:30pm-7:00am- Sunday- Thursday (Friday/Saturday OT as needed).

**Pay Details:** $23.08 to $25.08 per hour
