    As a **Warehouse Associate** , you'll play a key role in ensuring freight is accurately sorted, packed, and shipped to customers. You'll work alongside a knowledgeable and supportive management team that understands the transportation and logistics industry inside and out.

     

    We’re seeking **reliable, detail-oriented, and physically capable** individuals ready to roll up their sleeves and get the job done in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

    Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

    + Sort and organize mix-weight boxes to build complete and accurate customer orders

    + Pick, pack, and prepare shipments based on product codes and quantities

    + Maintain accuracy and efficiency when handling customer freight

    + Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized

    + Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines

    + Operate warehouse equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks (if certified)

    + Follow all safety standards and protocols while lifting and moving heavy boxes

    What You Bring to the Table:

    • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to **75 pounds**

    • Strong attention to detail and order accuracy

    • Flexibility to work various shifts – days, evenings, nights, or weekends depending on freight volume

    • Basic verbal and written communication skills

    • Basic computer skills for order tracking and scanning

    • Dock/warehouse experience is a **plus** , especially in freight transportation

    • Experience using handheld scanners, loading/unloading trailers, and working with minimal supervision

    **Pay Details:** $16.00 per hour
