NVIDIA seeks a seasoned, high-impact leader to build, scale, and drive the NVIS Factory Readiness across global manufacturing sites — starting with GB300 and evolving for future AI Factory generations. This is a build-and-own role: you will define operational excellence standards at the factory level, drive supplier execution, ensure dock-to-dock quality, and act as the operational engine for NVIDIA NVIS's next-generation AI Factory deployments. You will work multi-functionally with engineering, manufacturing operations, supply chain, quality, and key external suppliers. As the activity owner, you will build and lead central excellence and regional factory teams, working closely with suppliers, NVIDIA SA, and engineering organizations to champion a high-quality, standardized, and scalable manufacturing process. You should have experience building scalable operational systems in complex, fast-paced technology environments and be comfortable working with a "mission-first" approach.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the operational backbone behind NVIDIA's next wave of AI Factory scaling. We seek a driven leader ready to take ownership and deliver at NVIDIA speed!
What you'll be doing:
+ Architect, launch, and lead the global NVIS Factory Readiness Program across all manufacturing partners, building both central and regional execution teams.
+ Establish and implement dock-to-dock manufacturing standards (FAI, OOB testing, process control) to ensure supplier quality, scalability, and operational excellence.
+ Drive supplier accountability through audits, inspections, corrective actions, and compliance with NVIDIA’s engineering and quality standards.
+ Collaborate multi-functionally with engineering, supply chain, SA, and operations to influence design for manufacturability (DFM), NPI readiness, and field stabilization.
+ Own end-to-end operational readiness by deploying testing, telemetry, risk management frameworks, and scaling manufacturing to support hundreds of megawatts globally.
What we need to see:
+ 18+ years of overall experience in manufacturing operations, supplier quality management, factory readiness, or related fields in high-tech, AI, or data center environments.
+ 7+ years of management experience.
+ Proven track record of building and scaling global operational programs from the ground up across multiple factories and suppliers.
+ Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
+ Deep expertise in quality management systems (ISO9001), production readiness, factory audits, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
+ Strong operational understanding of large-scale data center infrastructure — including servers, networking, power, cooling systems, and high-performance computing environments.
+ Hands-on leadership style — capable of both high-level program management and direct problem-solving at the operational level.
+ Experience managing multi-functional, multi-regional, and supplier-aligned teams with strong influence across technical and operational groups.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
+ Knowledge and hands-on experience with NVIDIA hardware platforms (DGX, HGX, GB200, GB300, NVLink, InfiniBand).
+ Certification in Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), Lean Manufacturing, IPC610, or equivalent quality standards.
+ Experience scaling hardware operations in hyperscale, AI, or high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
+ Proven success in deploying new factory or supplier readiness programs from initial design through global rollout.
