    Description

    SAIC is seeking a **Computer Based Training Specialist** for the US Navy in **Bedford, IN** .

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Design, develop, and publish interactive, visually engaging courseware.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

    + Designing, developing, revising, and validating computer based training (CBT)

    + Integrating and editing instructional text, audio, video, graphics, and 3D animations and simulations for interactive courseware

    + Employing programming/branching logic as well as remediation and feedback techniques

    + Implementing quality control and review and revision procedures throughout the development process

    + Creating storyboards and presentations that depict customer's vision

    + Creating and maintaining trackers for developing, planning, and scheduling purposes

    + Maintaining records and file management

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    + Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3+ years of related experience using current technologies. Additional experience in lieu of degree

    + No clearance required to start however must have the ability to to obtain a secret clearance. SAIC will sponsor the clearance process

    + US Citizenship

    + Proficient in Adobe Captivate

    + Experience in storyboarding and presentations/briefs

    + Proficient on PC

    DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

    + Experience with DOD industry

    + Experience with MIL-STDs

    + Experience with Microsoft products to include: Project, Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
