Key Responsibilities:
+ Plans, prepares, issues and controls production schedules.
+ Leads the production team in quality, budget and timeline.
+ You will serve as the key point of contact for customers and collaborate closely with our engineering, production, and quality assurance teams.
Education:
+ Bachelors in Science Mechanical Engineering - education can be substituted by a strong background in metal fabrication and welding with over 12 years relevant experience.
Knowledge and Experience:
+ Working knowledge of analyzing Navy ship and submarine blueprints, specifications, proposals, scope of work and other documentation of technical job proposals with metal fabrication (including welding).
+ Working knowledge of and ability to read and interpret drawings from Computer Aided Design Software (e.g. AutoCAD and Solidworks).
+ Prospective employees must be a US Citizen with a Clean Background.
