We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and motivated Revenue Manager to support multiple Marriott select-service hotels in the Texas region. This position plays a strategic role in driving RevPAR performance, optimizing revenue, and guiding property-level leaders in revenue-generating decisions.
What You’ll Do:
• Oversee revenue strategies for a portfolio of Marriott select-service properties (Fairfield, Courtyard, SpringHill Suites, etc.)
• Analyze STR reports, forecast demand, and monitor pricing strategies
• Conduct weekly revenue calls with GMs and Sales to align goals and tactics
• Utilize Marriott's One Yield tool to maximize visibility and channel performance
• Develop and monitor performance against forecast, budget, and competitive set data
• Adjust rates, inventory controls, and channel strategies as needed
• Partner with Sales & Operations to drive RevPAR index improvement
What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years of Marriott Revenue Management experience using One Yield (Select Service preferred)
• Experience working as a Revenue Manager for a portfolio of 8-10 hotels
• Proficiency with Marriott systems: One Yield, MARSHA, HPP, MarRFP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative spirit and ability to work across departments
• Ability to manage multiple properties and balance competing priorities
Pay: $78,000.00 – $82,000.00 per year
Bonus eligible – up to 15% based on portfolio performance
