    Job Description

    The Architect II will be a key contributor across all project phases — from initial concept design through construction administration. You’ll manage the preparation of detailed design documents, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with engineers, designers, and contractors to bring high-profile infrastructure and civic projects to life.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Translate conceptual designs into detailed construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.

    + Conduct code compliance reviews (IBC, ADA, Hawaiʻi Energy Code).

    + Prepare 3D visualizations, renderings, and presentations for clients.

    + Participate in construction administration, including site visits and RFI responses.

    + Mentor junior designers and oversee quality control (QA/QC).

    + Support business development through proposal writing and client presentations.

    Requirements

    + Degree: B.Arch or M.Arch (Master’s preferred).

    + Experience: 3–5 years in architectural design and construction documentation.

    + Technical Skills: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Twinmotion, Adobe Creative Suite.

    + Knowledge: IBC, ADA, and energy codes.

    + Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
