As the Inside Sales Support Account Manager Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting our sales team by managing and processing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing essential administrative support. You will be responsible for promptly responding to customer calls and emails, ensuring excellent service and communication. Additionally, you will assist with order entry, track orders, and manage order processing, preparing sales reports, and maintaining accurate records for internal use. Collaborating with the sales team is crucial to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication. You will also provide product information and resolve any customer issues that arise.
Responsibilities
+ Promptly respond to customer calls and emails to ensure excellent service and communication.
+ Assist with order entry, tracking orders, and managing order processing.
+ Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records for internal use.
+ Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
+ Provide product information and resolve customer issues.

+ Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information.

+ QuickBooks experience helpful, though we work with ODOO now.
Work Environment
The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, operating from 8am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. The company is a small, rapidly growing organization with a 19-year history. Employees enjoy a range of benefits including 401k matching, health insurance, life insurance, and vacation.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
