    Our client, a Printed Circuit Board manufacturing/assembly company, is seeking a Manufacturing/Process Engineer to join their team. As a Manufacturing/Process Engineer, you will be part of the Product Engineering Team reporting to the Plant Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with manufacturing process development, hands-on troubleshooting of manufacturing issues, production throughput and must have highly developed customer-facing skills. This role is located in far northwestern Wisconsin, so candidates need to be comfortable with a more rural than urban environment. The role has a direct hire status and is salaried.

     

    **Job Title:** Manufacturing/Process Engineer

    **Pay:** $35-$42/hr, benefits

    Key Responsibilities

    + Evaluate, implement, and monitor processes and operating systems for the manufacturing process

    + Edit/maintain necessary documentation the SMT area

    + Drive quality and labor improvements and assist the engineering team with customer / build related issues that may require their technical expertise

    + Support the conversion of small-scale processes into commercially viable large-scale operations

    + Monitor and improve the efficiency, output and safety of manufacturing processes through observations and measurements as well as by collecting and interpreting data from other technical and operating personnel

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in engineering Field or equivalent; 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

    + Read electrical schematics for machine trouble shooting

    + Understanding of pneumatic, electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical machine dynamics

    + Ability to accurately relay information of machine problems to phone support staff

    + Familiarity with ISO and OSHA procedures.
