Job Title: Project Architect

Schedule: Standard Monday–Friday (40 hours per week)

Pay: (Depending on years of experience, licensure status, Revit proficiency, and federal project experience)

Responsibilities

+ Lead and contribute to design and production efforts for federal and commercial architecture projects.

+ Develop detailed Revit drawings, models, and 3D visuals.

+ Coordinate technical documentation and manage project teams.

+ Attend client meetings and support federal contract requirements.

+ Ensure compliance with ADA, building codes, and federal design standards.

Qualification Requirements

+ 8–10 years of architectural experience, with a strong focus on design and production.

+ (Non-Negotiable)Licensed Architect.

+ (Non-Negotiable)Proficiency in Revit.

+ Experience working on federal projects (Army, Navy, Air Force, National Guard, etc.).

+ Ability to assemble a complete and technically sound drawing set.

Disqualifiers

+ No architectural license.

+ Less than 5 years of relevant experience.

+ No Revit experience.

+ No exposure to federal or commercial project types.

+ Inability to work onsite 4 days per week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
