    We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with over 10 years of experience, primarily focused on developer-driven projects within the Industrial, Office, or Retail sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Project Manager, capable of leading a team while actively participating in project execution. A hands-on approach with Revit/CAD is essential, as the role involves both managing schedules, clients, and contracts, and contributing directly to project work.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage a team of Job Captains and Coordinators.

    + Participate actively in the execution of project work using Revit/CAD.

    + Coordinate projects and manage administration tasks.

    + Control documents and provide customer service.

    + Schedule meetings and offer administrative support.

    + Conduct project administration and manage RFIs.

    Essential Skills

    + Proven experience as a Project Manager in developer-driven projects.

    + Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.

    + Strong architectural design and construction document skills.

    + Excellent teamworking and communication abilities.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.

    + Multitasking capabilities.

    + Experience in project coordination and administration.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
