    Job Title: Telehealth NurseJob Description

     

    As a Telehealth Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and wellness of employees within the organization. You will be responsible for triaging employees over the phone or video and developing plans for their return to work or further medical attention. In collaboration with the company, you will create an infection control plan and educate employees on preventive measures against flu and other common ailments, helping to maintain productivity. Additionally, you will work alongside the HR team to establish return-to-work guidelines and manage workers' compensation claims.

    Responsibilities

    + Triage employees over the phone or video and create action plans based on medical concerns.

    + Clear employees to return to work.

    + Ensure new employees have completed their required medical screenings including physicals and vaccines.

    + Collaborate with HR to ensure proper OSHA steps are being taken.

    Essential Skills

    + Telehealth experience.

    + Registered Nurse (RN) certification.

    + Proficiency in telemedicine and medical assisting.

    + Patient care expertise.

    + Experience with Epic systems.

    + Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Knowledge of telehealth practices.

    Work Environment

    The position is based in a busy outpatient office, operating Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. There are openings in three different offices: Scarsdale, Hawthorne, and Yonkers, each handling 50-100 patients per day. The environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring adaptability and efficiency.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $50.00/hr.
