Are you a mechanically inclined problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement? Join our team as a Process Technician III and play a key role in optimizing production processes, troubleshooting equipment, and mentoring frontline team members.

What You’ll Do

+ Set up, operate, and troubleshoot complex production equipment

+ Diagnose and repair mechanical systems to ensure optimal efficiency

+ Collaborate with engineers and production teams to improve processes

+ Lead by example in safety, quality, and operational excellence

+ Help develop and train others on standard operating procedures

What We’re Looking For

+ Experience: 3+ years with an AA in a mechanical/manufacturing field, or 5+ years with a high school diploma in plastics manufacturing

+ Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and familiarity with OE tools

+ Mindset: Team-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement

+ Bonus: Experience as a Machine Operator III, Lead Operator, or in Maintenance
