    Job Title: Electrical Engineer (Top Secret Clearance)Job Description

     

    We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a Top Secret Clearance to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to analyze unknown PCB circuitry, manage analog and digital signals, and develop electronic devices for interfacing. This role involves creating prototype devices and modules for power and signals I/O and generating detailed test reports.

    Responsibilities

    + Analyze analog and digital circuitry with both known and unknown properties.

    + Identify and integrate micro-processor and micro-controller boards.

    + Research power and signals hardware to determine design use cases or purposes.

    + Perform circuit analysis and PCB design for customer interface hardware.

    + Operate laboratory test equipment to ensure accurate results.

    Essential Skills

    + Degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.

    + Minimum of 8 years experience with BS/BA, 6 years with MS/MA, or 3 years with PhD.

    + Expertise in electrical circuit testing and analysis, including prototyping sub-systems.

    + Experience with circuit design software for creating circuit trace drawings.

    + Proficient in creating electrical sub-systems and prototypes for field deployable systems.

    + Familiarity with oscilloscopes, power supplies, and spectrum analyzers.

    + Experience with Arduino, TI, and other micro-processors/micro-controllers and IDEs.

    + Proficiency in C# and/or MATLAB for data collection, analysis, and programming.

    + Strong skills in writing technical documentation using MS Word and PowerPoint.

    + Ability to work on-site five days a week.

    + Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.

    + U.S. Citizenship.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Background in electrical engineering plus mechanical, computer, or optical engineering.

    + Experience with in-depth analysis of electrical systems for reverse engineering.

    + TS/SCI Clearance.

    Work Environment

    This position is based on-post at Aberdeen Proving Ground, directly supporting the U.S. Army. The work environment is primarily a lab setting, where you will engage hands-on with radar equipment.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $112000.00 - $179000.00/yr.
