Responsibilities

+ Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, eating, etc.)

+ Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions

+ Ensure a clean, safe, and supportive environment

+ Work closely with nursing staff to support personalized care plans

+ Provide emotional support and companionship to patients

Qualifications

+ High School Diploma/GED or currently and actively working towards completion of Diploma/GED

+ Prefer candidates that have successfully completed the CNA program and are active on the Iowa Direct Care Registry

+ Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within 3 months from date of hire
