Skills and Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain ETL pipelines using Python.

Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.

Optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.

Ensure data integrity and implement robust error handling and logging.

Integrate data from various sources including APIs, databases, and flat files.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in data engineering.

Required Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Python, especially for backend and data processing tasks.

Experience with ETL tools and frameworks (custom or open-source).

Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database systems (SQL and/or NoSQL).

Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. null
