Reports To: Mechanical Assembly Manager

Position Description: Under direct but limited supervision, this position is responsible for building din-rail terminal block assemblies according to required specification.

Experience Required:

+ A high school diploma or equivalent is required

+ Proficient computer skills, including MS Word and Excel

+ Ability to read and write in the English language

+ Solid oral and written communication skills and strong attention to detail

+ Proficiency to understand and interpret basic written technical information

+ Perform assignments by established deadlines and manage time effectively

+ Ability to work independently or with other members of the manufacturing team

Job Duties:

+ Building of all din-rail terminal block assemblies according to specification listed in drawings and instructions

+ Ensure documented procedures are followed and updated

+ Comply with WAGO Corporation and OSHA safety policies

+ Perform all procedures set by ISO9001:2015 pertaining to Mechanical Assembly

+ Must be able to lift 40 Lbs.

+ Once trained

+ Cut and punch custom din-rails to required specifications

+ Assist in all material handling procedures, from product pulling to final inspection

+ Operate ink jet machine, marker plotter and print markers

+ + Perform In-process and final inspection of products built with-in the mechanical assembly area

+ Assist in training of any new or temporary employees in the procedures of mechanical assembly
