We’re looking for a Group Lead to manage a team of technicians responsible for validation testing and daily operations in a manufacturing line environment.This hands-on leadership role is fully embedded on the factory floor. You will coordinate testing activities, ensure the team & vehicle systems meet safety and quality standards, and support troubleshooting during production.The Group Lead will work closely with engineering, production, and commissioning teams to keep testing on track and drive continuous improvement.
