What you will do
As a New Product Development (NPD) Business Systems Analyst (Hybrid), you will play a vital role in enabling the successful launch of innovative medical products by bridging business strategy with technical solutions. In this role, you’ll partner with cross-functional teams to enhance planning, streamline data management, and drive seamless system integration throughout the NPD process. Your work will directly support operational excellence and product lifecycle success, requiring a proactive mindset and a strong customer service orientation to foster effective collaboration and deliver meaningful impact across the organization.
+ **Collaborate cross-functionally** with R&D, Marketing, NPI Sourcing, Finance, MDM, and PMO teams to drive seamless execution of New Product Development (NPD) initiatives.
+ **Analyze and optimize** critical business processes tied to product lifecycle management, system readiness, and supply readiness, ensuring operational excellence from concept to launch.
+ **Act as a strategic liaison** between business stakeholders and IT teams, translating business needs into clear, actionable system requirements and solutions.
+ **Design and maintain insightful dashboards, reports, and KPIs** to monitor project health, product performance, and strategic objectives, empowering data-driven decisions.
+ **Champion master data integrity** and governance efforts to support accurate, reliable data for new product introductions and ongoing business operations.
+ **Lead and support system enhancements** including new implementations, upgrades, and process automation to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
+ **Troubleshoot and resolve issues** related to data quality, system functionality, and user adoption to maximize value from business systems investments.
+ **Drive continuous improvement** by proactively identifying opportunities to enhance system capabilities, business processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you need
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field.
+ 6 years of experience in business analysis, supply chain planning, or systems support, preferably in a regulated industry.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP), PLM tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in a regulated industry.
+ Knowledge of NPD processes and product lifecycle management
+ Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
+ Experience with document control processes and systems
