Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree required
•Demonstrate advanced data analysis and organizational skills
•Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
•You will need to live within commuting distance to our Portage, MI
Responsibilities
•Can analyze and synthesize data/information for insights and communicate them in a consumable way for decision making
•This position is responsible for the planning, forecasting and execution of Acute Care Trial and Secondary Market Sales operations
•The Sales Operations Analyst is tasked with maintaining appropriate product levels for customer needs and responsible for the development of sales opportunities and processing of Acute Care's secondary market product
•Work with Sales, Marketing and Aftermarket to balance inventory stocking levels to ensure that customers and sales have the product needed to drive orders
•Develop and implement inventory stocking strategies based on historical data, demand forecasts, and the product life cycle
•Report, analyze, and provide actionable insights on availability and lead times
•Advise operations management on disposition of stock and recommend potential actions
•Work with Logistics to resolve scheduling conflicts and timely delivery to customers and sales
•Interact with operations management on inventory issues
•Respond to any and all new requests for information that may come throughout the day, working with other departments as necessary to assure accuracy
•Evaluate and communicate the Open Orders report – Prepare for dissemination to Sales Representatives with a focus on late or exceptionally late returns with the intent to retrieve equipment back into the pool
•Evaluate secondary market opportunities and identify product buyback and marketplace possibilities
•Develop secondary market strategies that align with organizational goals
•Process orders in a timely manner, escalating as appropriate to meet the needs of the sales team
•Maintain the Secondary Market Site
•Brand and communicate secondary product offerings to the sales team
•Perform other related duties as assigned
