Job Title: Warehouse Associate

•Location:Fredericksburg, Virginia

•Schedule:2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday | 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM

About the Role

Are you a hands-on team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll help keep operations running smoothly by managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring quality standards—all while working in a supportive and safety-first environment.

What You’ll Do

+ 📦 Receive, organize, and store incoming shipments and inventory.

+ 🚚 Prepare and process outgoing orders for delivery or shipment.

+ 🏗️ Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely (training provided if needed).

+ 🧾 Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.

+ ✅ Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met.

+ 🛻 Assist with loading and unloading trucks.

+ 🧼 Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.

What You Bring

+ ✅ Experience with forklifts and warehouse equipment (or willingness to learn).

+ 📊 Familiarity with inventory systems and stock tracking.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
