    Required Education/Experience

    + Bachelor's Degree and 2 years relevant work experience or

    + Associate's Degree and 4 years relevant work experience or

    + High School Diploma/GED and 5 years relevant work experience.

    Preferred Education/Experience

    + Bachelor's Degree and 2 years relevant experience. 1 year of experience associated with the New York City Department of Transportation (NYCDOT) "Highway Rules" Administrative Code or other State Agencies.

    Relevant Work Experience

    + Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to effectively interact with internal and external customers, contractors, local, and state government agencies, if necessary. Required

    + Excellent reporting and data analyzing skills set. Required

    + Knowledge of Power BI, proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of programs including Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to learn and use computer systems utilized within the company. Required

    + Dependent on educational level, to include 1 year of experience associated with the New York City Department of Transportation (NYCDOT) Highway Rules Administrative Code or other Agencies. Preferred

    + Knowledge of Summons System, NYCStreet, Trex System, Data Manager, and Oracle applications. Preferred

    Additional Physical Demands

    + The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

    + The selected candidate must be able to travel to various locations throughout the Companys service territory as needed.
