    Full-Time Overnight Charge Nurse – RN (10PM–6AM)

    We are currently hiring for a Full-Time Overnight Charge Nurse (RN) to work the 10PM–6AM shift.

    What You’ll Do:

    As an Overnight Charge Nurse (RN), you will:

    + Lead overnight care delivery for residents

    + Support and supervise overnight care team members

    + Ensure compliance with care plans, safety procedures, and documentation

    + Provide compassionate, person-centered care and respond promptly to resident needs

    What You’ll Need:

    + Active RN license in good standing (Iowa or eligible for reciprocity)

    + CPR certification

    + Strong communication and leadership skills
