We are currently hiring for Bath Aide roles— an important position focused on maintaining the dignity, comfort, and hygiene of our residents.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Provide bathing services and assist residents with personal hygiene as a Bath Aide .

    + Assist with activities of daily living, including dressing, eating, mobility, toileting, and grooming.

    + Monitor and promptly report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff.

    + Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents.

    + Deliver high-quality, compassionate care with dignity and respect.

    Qualifications:

    + Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Iowa, or ability to transfer certification if relocating.

    + Previous experience in bathing/personal hygiene care is preferred but not required .

    + Strong commitment to resident-centered care, professionalism, and teamwork.

    + Compassionate, respectful, and patient demeanor.
