UnityPoint Clinic is actively recruiting a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Electrophysiology Cardiology team in Waterloo, Iowa. + Utilizes EPIC as an electronic health record both for inpatient and outpatient services.

Responsibilities

+ Outpatient-focused schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

+ No call, nights, or weekendsInpatient rounding alongside EP physician as needed

+ Dedicated clinic support team: 1 nurse and 3 exam rooms per provider

+ Average daily patient volume: 16–20 patients

Qualifications

+ Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

+ Cardiac background preferred but not required

+ Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of IA

+ Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice

+ Eligible to work in the United States
