    Job Overview

     

    Fairview is looking for a Production Center Assistant to work at on our Midway Campus in St. Paul, MN. This is a full time (80 hours every two weeks) position that is also benefit eligable. We believe the hours for this role will be Monday - Friday, 8:00-4:30 PM.

     

    The Production Center Assistant is responsible for production center functions including mail distribution, receipt and delivery of supplies and packages, high speed copying and printing services for the Corporate Building.

    Responsibilities

    + Sorts and distributes incoming mail for Fairview Health System.

    + Meters all outgoing U.S. mail.

    + Acts as the liaison with the postal service and shipping representatives.

    + Receives and sends packages via Federal Express, UPS and other courier services

    + Copies, collates and assembles copy requests as needed. Copy requests will be submitted either by written request or via email.

    Required Qualifications

    + 1 year customer service experience, preferably in a mailroom environment.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + 1-3 years of experience
