Reporting and Metrics Manager - FCSA
The Financial Crimes Systems & Analysis (FCSA) Reporting and Metrics Manager leads the design, delivery, and governance of operational and executive-level reporting that supports the Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) program. This role is responsible for ensuring that key metrics related to transaction monitoring, alert queues, productivity, and regulatory coverage/risk assessments are timely, accurate, and actionable. This role partners closely with AML operations, technology, and compliance leaders to translate data into insights and ensure alignment with internal and regulatory expectations. The ideal candidate will possess/utilize strong leadership, analytical, and visualizations skills to build and maintain a sustainable reporting framework that supports both internal decision-making and external audit/regulatory reviews.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
+ Manages the creation and ongoing enhancement of operational dashboards, productivity metrics, and performance metrics using Tableau and other visualization tools (e.g., SAS Visual Analytics, Power BI).
+ Oversee the development and delivery of board-level and executive compliance reports, including those utilized for BSA Committee and similar forums.
+ Leads the teams' efforts to ensure completeness and accuracy of data sourced from the Bank's AML platform (i.e., Actimize).
+ Ensure audit-readiness of all BSA/AML reporting artifacts and support ad-hoc request from regulators, internal audit, etc.
+ Collaborates with FCC leadership to define KPIs, reporting frequency, and standard templates that align with program requirements and expectations.
+ Mentors analysts on advanced reporting techniques, visual storytelling, and data integrity controls.
+ Coordinates with technology teams to automate reporting pipelines and enhance data governance and reconciliation standards.
Minimum Qualifications
+ 5 years of experience in Financial Crimes or AML/BSA industry
+ Experience providing detailed, executive-level reporting including dashboards, performance metrics, and visualizations
Preferred Qualifications
+ 7 years of experience in Financial Crimes or AML/BSA industry
+ Experience with SQL, Tableau, and/or SAS Visual Analytics
Educational Requirements
+ University (Degree) Preferred

+ 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

**Pay Range** $141,355 - $185,000
